Personal Coaching

What is Coaching and how can Coaching help you?

No matter if it is in the personal or professional context - everyone experiences difficult situations or change throughout their lives.

Coaching helps you to master these challenges.

Coaching is a result- and solution-oriented form of consulting. With the goal to encourage you to find your own solutions for your personal topics, Coaching helps you to help yourself.

You remain the expert for your topic and I will help you to identify possible roots for your problem and to develop concrete solutions. Coaching supports you during change, it offers orientation and supports you in decision-making processes. It helps you to release mental blocks, sharpens your perception of thoughts and feelings and helps you to categorize those. Through Coaching, you will develop new ways of thinking and feeling. You will adapt your behavior and will definitely grow personally. Goals and the achievement of these goals play a major role in coaching, which allows you to foster and encourage your personal potential.

Possible situation, where Coaching can help you:

  • Are you going through a change that challenges you or that you are struggling with?

  • Are you thinking about a career change?

  • Would you like to improve your work-life balance?

  • Do you want more clarity about who you are and what you want personally and/or professionally?

  • Are you unhappy with your current job?

  • Do you have a dream that you want to realize, but you don’t know where to start?

  • Do you want to make a decision, but simply can’t decide on one of the options you have in mind?

There are many other situations, questions and challenges you can work on during a Coaching process with me. In a first, free call, you can describe your current topic you want to work on to me and we will then decide on the next steps.

And What is Systemic Coaching?

In order to understand what Systemic Coaching is, we first have to understand what a system is. A system can for example be your family, your group of friends, your partnership, your team or the company you work with. You realize - it's basically impossible not to be in any system. And in order to achieve sustainable change in regards to your Coaching topic, we will look at the bigger picture. During a Systemic Coaching process, the attention is always on you and your spot in the relevant systems.

How does a Coaching Process look like?

01

Initial Call

In a very first call, you can describe your topic to me and we will set up an appointment for the clarification meeting. Contact me.

02

Clarification Meeting

The clarification meeting can take place virtually or personally and usually lasts approx. 15 - 20 min. It is for free. After this meeting, we will decide if we want to start a Coaching process together.

03

Coaching Sessions.

Depending on your needs and the topic, a process consists of approx. 4-6 sessions, each 90 minutes. Break between sessions are usually between 2-4 weeks. The sessions are mainly held in person, but can also be done virtually, if necessary.

04

Closing.

At the end, there will be a closing meeting where the process is being reviewed.

How effective is coaching? That's what science says.

The effectiveness of coaching has been scientifically studied and discussed for many years. Coaching has been proven to help improve how to behave in various relationships, to increase one's own role competence, to develop new perspectives and to become more open to new experiences¹. Coaching helps with emotional relief and supports the ability to better cope with stress¹. Furthermore, coaching helps to communicate and act more effectively¹. Through Coaching, goals are more likely to be achieved, well-being is increased and new strategies for problem solving are developed².

One of the greatest factors for the effectiveness of coaching is a positive coach-client relationship³. This means that for the success of your coaching process, a positive working relationship between you as a client and me as a coach is essnetial. That's why I offer an initial, non-binding and free call (clarification call: 15-20 minutes), after which both of us can decide if we want to work together.
