About Me
Career
Already during my psychology studies in Regensburg (B. Sc. Psychology) and Heidelberg (M. Sc. Psychology) I specialized in Coaching. Since January 2021 I am a Systemic Coach (DCV certified training) and I really enjoy developing myself and my skill set through regular training and supervision.
I've been working in the field of “People & Culture” for 8 years and the digital start/scale up context feels like home to me. In addition to working as a Coach, I am currently working in the field of Career Development in a big consultancy firm.
What drives me
I want to inspire my clients and the people around me to live a more content and self-determined life.
In the course of my career, I have already accompanied and supported many specialists and young leaders in their personal and professional development.
Everyone has hidden strengths that need to be unfolded and I would like to help people to experience these strengths and to utilize them, so they can achieve their goals.
