Leadership Coaching
The challenges and demands for leadership and employees in key positions are diverse and are becoming increasingly complex. The ability to take responsibility for and lead oneself is therefore a key competence of modern leaders and employees in key positions. Because only those who can lead themselves can also lead others. Coaching supports the development of these leadership skills and helps to cope with other everyday challenges.

TeamCoaching

During a Team Coaching, the Coaching process is set up with an entire team. Team Coaching is intended to strengthen teamwork so that the team can work better together in the long term. With my work as a Coach, I give impulses for reflection and support the team to help themselves. In my role as Team Coach, I moderate the processing of the Coaching goals agreed by the team and provide food for thought. Just as in a 1:1 Coaching, the team develops its own solutions and I remain the process facilitator and moderator.

New Work Consulting

The way we work has changed significantly and New Work is on everyone’s agenda, at least since the pandemic hit us. In order to remain attractive and adaptable as a company and to be able to offer employees a meaningful working environment, we need to change the way we work. Traditional hierarchies are often too rigid and restrict employees in their freedom. I am happy to advise and support you in the selection and introduction of New Work measures that suit you and your company.

Workshop Moderation and Facilitation

Sometimes it can be helpful to have an external moderator for team workshops. The moderator, as a neutral person, does not have any personal interests on the workshop topic and can therefore devote themselves entirely to the task of giving orientation during the workshop. I am happy to support you in your workshop moderation and facilitation. As a moderator, I give guidance in terms of social interaction, the workshop process and the content.

¹What are holocratic structures and what is holocracy?

Holocracy is an organizational structure where hierarchies are minimized, even eliminated and all individuals are somewhat involved in the decision-making. The special characteristics of the holacracy are: a high level of transparency, participation opportunities, collaborative decision-making, large networks, short ways of communication, a fixed set of rules about structures and decision making.
